    Q. Why do I need to fill in a form.

    All clients upon commencement of tuition at Arkenfield Equestrian Centre are required to complete a rider registration form for Health and Safety purposes.

    Q. Who can see the information on this form

    Client records are kept securely in the office and are upgraded as and when the need arises.

    Q. Do you have a maximum weight limit for riding lessons

    We impose a 14.1/2 stone weight limit for the comfort of our equines which is strictly adhered to.

    Q. Do I have to wear johdpurs and riding boots to my lesson

    We require that you wear suitable attire at all times and ask that you arrive for riding, wearing comfortable trousers and a shoe with a heel (no trainers).

    Q. Do I have to buy a riding hat for my lesson.

    We do provide hats : however we advise that in time you should purchase your own.

    Q. Should I wear a body protector for my riding lesson.

    Body protectors, which are not compulsory are advisable, however, these are not available to purchase or loan from us.

    PLEASE ENSURE that you turn up for your lessons ON TIME - we work to a strict timetable which we are unable to deviate from!
